Is it true you entered beauty pageants in your teenage years? How did you place?
Yes it is true! Can't you tell? For the first few years, I made 3rd and 2nd place. But I received a lot of advice and worked really hard until I made Numba one! Now I help everyone feel beautiful!
How active are you in your community?
I have a strong following of supporters that inspire me. I became very popular soon after high school, but for the right reasons. However, some people thought I was mean, but when I gave a campaign for the town titled "Beautiful After 10 Years," everyone felt good about themselves and I represented the town in their push for health and beauty awareness in the State Conference held that year.
Were you mistaken for a famous celebrity? Which one?
Which one? Somebody thought I was a celebrity. But I humbly corrected him. I guess I'm meant for fame! Another time a group of construction workers thought I was a model. Can you believe that? I guess being 40 isn't so bad!
Any other details to share with the theatergoing public?
My husband works long hours, but I believe I'm a very devoted wife. However, I love to shop! I wish he were home more so he could go shopping with me.
